Truly a MyMovie Production unique signature product. Just as the title implies, this is a movie party that stars "You & Your Friends". Family, friends, neighbors and more can all join together to create this "sitcom" type project. Let's start by inviting and gathering everyone to one central location, perhaps your house, and then we take it from there. No dress rehearsals or practicing your lines. We provide the scripts, equipment and experience. You and your friends provide the entertainment and performance. Do you have that friend that looks like Tony Soprano, George Burns or Bette Midler? Perhaps you have a friend that missed their calling as a stand up comedian. This is the perfect outlet for you and them. This will be a "Candid" production featuring "You and Your friends" in your own mini-movie production. Truly, a one of a kind experience that everyone will definitely relive over and over and over. Special events are different for everyone. They may be a 50th anniversary party for mom and dad, the homecoming dance, prom, the retirement party or the 100 meter finals at the state track meet for your talented child. Whatever your special event happens to be you can rest assured that we will capture the moment for generations of your family members yet to come. How awesome would it be for your grandchildren to see how fast grandpa could run when he was 17 years old, just a mere 60 years ago. Capture the moments that will live forever in your mind on film and share the experience with the ones you love. We all love one type of sport or another. So much so that many sports in America are the most watched on television. Well, instead of watching the "pros" why not watch yourself or someone that you care about on television. Watch as "Timmy" hits the game winning bucket at the Boys finals of the state championship. Or, what about "Autumn" breaking the tape at the 400 meter collegiate track finals. Did your spouse ever tell you about that perfect golf shot that he made today? Now you can make him prove it. Our experience along with our great cameras will catch all of the intense action as it happens and it will be forever imprinted on DVD for you to watch over and over again. Perhaps you are planning a "once in a lifetime" trip that you have always dreamed about. Maybe it is a safari, a trek to the top of a mountain, visiting the Grand Canyon, seeing the pyramids. This special, custom tailored package is truly a "mini movie" production. You will defiantly want to show this DVD to all of your friends, family and colleagues. A worthwhile investment to keep those "once in a lifetime" memories fresh in your mind and theirs. What is video editing? It is a procedure for combining selected portions of video footage in order to create a new, combined version. During video editing, special effects such as wipes, dissolves, inserts, etc. can be added. Our professional editing is done using time code recorded on every frame of the magnetic tape allowing single frame accuracy. Audio editing is often carried out simultaneously with video editing. You may have seen TV commercials and magazine articles that talk about the "dawning of the new age of personal video." It is an age in which anyone can sit down at a home computer and produce a studio-quality motion picture. All you need is a video camera, the right software and a desire to create something, right? Doesn't everyone have tapes they cherish, but the tapes are collecting dust in a closet somewhere, slowly deteriorating. Many family and business tapes from the 80s and early 90s are already in danger. Transfer tapes to DVD and give new life to the your memories. DVD Authoring DVD Authoring is when you transfer tapes to DVD, we suggest that you go the extra step and let us create a DVD with chapters, arranged chronologically or by event. Our customers are able to access these chapters with the touch of a button. This gives you convenience. Familytime Videos A Familytime video makes you the star! We create a professionally edited program featuring the highlights that you choose. Perhaps it’s a “Baby’s First Year” video, a “Sweet Sixteen” video, or even a “How We Spent Our Summer Vacation” video. We'll edit and add appropriate music, titles, special effects, and more into a three- to five-minute video. These Videos are great fun for us to edit and a wonderful way for you to enjoy those precious moments that life has to offer. Sports Scholarship Videos Lifetime Videos Important Note: these lifetime videos require about 6 months from start to finish. You must have the desire, the money, and the materials to qualify for such a major project. Video Transfer Businesses frequently need their popular Power Point presentations transferred to video. They usually can’t figure out how to do it, but you’ll know how! Furthermore, they usually need multiple copies (10, 20, or even 50 copies) of the presentation on video after you’ve made the transfer for them – more “bounce back” profit for you! Changing old formats into current formats makes a great market for us because we can transfer all of those old formats to whatever new format our customers want. A good example is converting old reel-to-reel audiotapes to compact disks (CDs). Back to top Family Archiving The recent natural (and, at times, "unnatural") disasters that have struck Florida and the Gulf Coast have reminded people that protecting their priceless possessions - photographs, films, videos, memorabilia - is critical. MyMovie Productions now creates Arts, Music, and Entertainment Scholarship videos, similar to the Sports Scholarship. These videos present highlights of a student's career in the various arts and music activities in school in order to help the student qualify for college scholarships and grants. Just as coaches and athletic directors have welcomed the Sports Scholarship videos from student athletes, more and more band, choral, and orchestra directors are requesting them. It has become so competitive in the field of arts and entertainment these days that students simply have to find a way to get the attention of those who are in a position to help them fund their post-high school and even post-graduate studies. MyMovie Productions is now able to put together a short highlight video that captures key moments in the student's career in an entertaining and informative way. Usually starting with the junior year, coaches urge parents to put their student-athlete on videotape to send to colleges and universities for scholarship consideration. Even a partial scholarship is helpful. We’ve done Sports Scholarship videos for all of the major sports and even for some you might not imagine: basketball, football, soccer, baseball, hockey, volleyball, track, cross-county, swimming, ice-skating, skiing, softball, and lacrosse. The list is practically endless and even includes the performing arts. A student-athlete with a well-made video that chronicles the skills required to get to the next level will have a greater chance at winning a college scholarship, saving the family thousands of dollars.
